The history of the Asador
40 years ago, Victor García left his hometown, Hornija, to settle in Barcelona. He first founded Taberna del Bierzo, and almost 10 years ago he expanded the business with the opening of Asador El Bierzo. A 400 square meter restaurant with capacity for 60 people in the main dining room and two private rooms, a few steps from Sants Station.

The essence of Asador El Bierzo rests on the mastery with which it fuses Bercian and Mediterranean food. On the menu, brothy rice with lobster and botillo del Bierzo, or fideuá and cecina coexist harmoniously. In addition to an important offer of tapas, for all tastes and palates.
